General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between BUDE Services Kft., hereinafter referred to as “the Service Provider”, and any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”, seeking advisory services for establishing a business and/or private residence in Hungary, provided by the Service Provider.

2. Description of Services
The Service Provider offers advisory services for businesses wishing to establish or expand in Hungary, including but not limited to:

  • Market research
  • Finding local partners
  • Business setup assistance
  • Legal and tax advice
  • Translation and interpretation services
  • Administrative support

3. Acceptance of Terms
The Client acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions before confirming their order. This acceptance is mandatory for the execution of the contract.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices of services are stated in euros or Hungarian forint and exclude taxes. Payment can be made by bank transfer, as specified during the order process.
Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date.

5. Duration and Termination
Services are provided in accordance with the contract signed between the Service Provider and the Client. The Client may terminate the contract at any time with 5 working days’ notice, unless specific conditions are set forth in the offer.

6. Liability
The Service Provider commits to providing quality services in compliance with Hungarian law. However, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the Client based on the provided advice.

7. Confidentiality
The Service Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided by the Client and will only disclose it with the Client’s prior consent, unless required by law.

8. Disputes and Applicable Law
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent court will be the one located in Budapest, Hungary. This agreement is governed by Hungarian law.
